Oh yeah! They're still very much together! They've gone through
rough patches here and there and for the most recent one, I kinda
had to intervene a little.
Overall
though, they tango well together!

Now that brother's married and I've moved out, they pak tor a lot.
Dad would pick mom up at work almost everyday and they'd drive out
to somewhere where there's nice food for dinner. Dad can write a
Makansutra manual single-handedly, I think!
They also go for movies together. Sometimes, grocery shopping for
themselves and for my grandma and grandpa. They go on tours
together pretty frequently too!
Mom and Dad are kinda cute together. If you look at them, you
wouldn't have thought that they would have married cause they're
pretty different from each other but somehow, they've struck on a
formula that works well!
It's endearing to see how much they've compromised over the years
and have found 'middle ground' and are more and more like each
other in little little ways. hehe!
I'm surrounded by a lot of other positive examples of couples
growing old together - in my neighbourhood, at my workplace,
amongst my friends, so yeah, I guess despite the setbacks I've had
to face so far, and the uglier relationships I've witnessed around
me, I'm still pretty uppity when it comes to love and marriage and
the whole happily growing old together bit.
The
standing joke between my friends and I now when I play-whine about
where 'the one' for me could possibly be is this stock answer,
'He's in Melbourne, waiting for you! Hurry up and get your ass
over!'

Erm... are yours still together? You don't have to answer if you
don't want to. Just kaypoh, like I always am!
